DUTIES + TAXES – TO CANADA

Canadian customers will have 6% GST and 8% PST added to their order.  Jessica Jensen is an Ontario based corporation.

 

DUTIES + TAXES – TO THE U.S.

U.S. customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order.

 

Goods will be shipped under the North American Free Trade Agreement, however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable.
   

DUTIES + TAXES – INTERNATIONAL

International customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.

SHIPPING RATES & AVAILABILITY
A standard $25 per item purchased will be charged to cover shipping expenses to all customers.  An additional shipping charge will be quoted to all International customers upon email verification of their purchase. 

All availability dates are listed above the price of the product in the SHOP ONLINE section. No orders will ship before this date

  

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard.  Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express.

 

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Canadian and International customers will be charged in U.S. funds.

We do not accept checks.

  

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange, refund or store credit (minus original shipping and handling charges), as long as goods are in original, unused condition and are accompanied by the receipt. Email us at info@jessica-jensen.com with the reason for your return, and we will send you a return authorization number (RA#), which must be written on your box. Items must be shipped in original packaging and be insured for the full value of the item. Package should be shipped with duties/taxes/freight 'pre-paid'. COD shipments will not be accepted. Package must be traceable and must require a signature upon delivery (e.g. Fedex, UPS, registered mail).

We cannot refund original shipping and handling charges, so additional shipping charges will apply in the event of an exchange. We cannot accept returns for items purchased at other locations other than this site, for example those purchased at a retail store or at an online retailer. If a return is requested after 14 days of purchase, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item, minus the shipping and handling charges.

 

There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
