Purchases may be made directly through shopjessicajensen.com by following the checkout option in your online shopping cart. All aspects of your online ordering and/or purchase will be performed by or on behalf of Jessica Jensen Incorporated.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Jessica Jensen products offered for purchase online are subject to availability. If for any reason your order cannot be filled, we will inform you directly via email.

Please also note the following product availability descriptions:
Available: Products are currently being held in stock and are ready to ship.
Available for Pre-order: Products are available for purchase. However, the items have not yet arrived in stock and therefore are not ready to be shipped. You can secure your purchase now but you will not receive the merchandise until after the Start Ship date noted in the product description.
Back Order: Products are available for purchase. However, the items are temporarily sold out and our warehouse is being replenished. You may secure your purchase now but you will not receive the merchandise until after the Ship date noted in the product description.
Sold Out: Products are currently out of stock, unavailable for order, and will most likely not be available in the future.

COLOR ACCURACY

Please note that there may be slight differences in color due to variations in monitors, printers and software. We have done our best to ensure that what is viewed on-screen is an accurate representation of the actual product.

PRICING

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Canadian and International customers will be charged in U.S. funds.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

RETURN POLICY

JESSICA JENSEN gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective regular priced merchandise purchased online for exchange or credit note, when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All returns must be processed within 14 days from date of delivery.

DUTIES + TAXES – TO CANADA

Canadian customers will have 13% HST added to their order. Jessica Jensen is an Ontario based corporation.

DUTIES + TAXES – TO THE U.S.

U.S. customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable.

DUTIES + TAXES – INTERNATIONAL

International customers will not have Canadian sales tax added to their order, however they will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.

ONLINE GIFT CARD

Jessica Jensen gift cards are available from $50 to $1000 and can be purchased online in the "GIFT" category. They are packaged in a greeting card and tied with a satin ribbon for effortless gift-giving.

Jessica Jensen gift cards are only redeemable online at www.shopjessicajensen.com and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, they should be safeguarded like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Jessica Jensen is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.
